We rented a house from 2017 to 2021. All of our maintenance requests were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone we worked with has always been polite and helpful. The house we lived in was small but newly remodeled. My experience wasn’t like a lot of these reviews, so I’m not sure where they’re coming from. I would recommend renting through this company, and if I ever rent again, I would consider it!

This is not so much about the people as it is the maintenance of the property. The house was very nice. When I asked about the roaches .I was told they will spray for the 1st 30 days, then it's on the tenant...my question is this.. Why can't you spray before you even think about leasing? This says a lot about the integrity of this company and the people who work there.

Do NOT rent from this place!!!!! They are slum lords. My husband and I lived at 832 e Rose. And ran into a horrible mold problem in the bathroom which was causing my sons nose bleeds. I brought it to their attention and it was a fight to get them to fix it. I was told by Mary “I am lucky they’re fixing it” because you said you didn’t want to fix it. Also a storm caused a whole in the roof that was leaking inside they came and plastered over it, the leak was still there almost two years later! An insurance agent came out and said they’d be replacing the roof, NEVER DID! The back door going

I have lived in one of their rentals for almost 4 years. They are always professional. I have had to wait for maintenance work orders to be completed, however, it's normally them waiting on the owner of my house to approval the work. Other than that, they are very responsive and easy to work with.

Moved into a house with mouse feces all over the kitchen. Opened one cabinet to find a little feeding tray inside and some dog feces — someone had kept their dog inside the cabinet. Bar bait and roach traps were everywhere. I had to clean most of the stuff up myself.
When I moved out, I definitely left the place in better shape than when I’d moved in. No animal feces — that’s for sure. But they only gave me $18 of my $600 deposit.

The staff is so kind and helpful. I rented under them for 3 years. If something broke, they fixed it in a timely manner. If I had questions, they were sure to answer them for me every time. One time I accidentally clicked my online rent payment two times and my account was charged twice. They quickly put a stop on the second one, and the money was returned to my account by my bank. The owner was also amazing! They were always there with a warm smile. I couldn't ask for more.

I have been renting from MVP for almost a year now. I will be renewing my lease for sure. They have responded well with my maintenance requests so I am happy about that. The house I am renting is wonderful and a good value. I am extremely satisfied with them and hope to be able to remain in this home for all of my future.
