They are absolute slum lords, who intentionally make it impossible to reach anyone during times of emergency, like yesterday when my entire basement flooded with sewage over an issue they were trying to delay repairing. Take your money elsewhere, as in investor or a customer. I have been absolutely amazed by the lack of support or customer service. They have no intentions of making an effort to correct the issues with this property and constantly throw half assed, out of code, illegal, and downright dangerous “repairs” at serious problems. This is the perfect platform for the individual who works or runs a business, wants to invest but doesn't have the time to do the research, hunt down deals and oversee contractors on a job. They do all that for you! And some! Typically in 60 days or less after closing you gain 20%-25% equity that you didn't have before and that you didn't really do a whole lot on to begin with. Prior to being referred to Braden Group I had goals I wanted to accomplish in real estate investing.
