This place is an anti-mask establishment which is a real bummer during a pandemic. I was surprised we were able to get an appointment so quickly, but this probably explains why. We didn't know they were anti-mask until we showed up and saw the big glaring sign on the front door during pickup (we were in a rush during drop off but found it odd no one inside had masks on - we were wearing masks). What type of medical-esque folks don't believe in masking!? You would expect health professionals to believe in basic preventative health measures. Like do I have to worry about my dog getting

This vet continues to be the worst I've ever been to. Terrible service, refusal to send records of appointments, sass from the receptionists acting like it's hard to send an email with visit information. You'd think they'd work to provide better service and seems like they haven't tried yet. Their only saving grace is Dr. B.

Do not except Pet Assure. I only went to this vet because they were listed on the PetAssure website. When I attended my June appointment, the girl at the front desk said that they stopped honoring the PetAssure discount back in January. I told her they were still listed on the website and asked if there was any sort of discount they could give me. She said no. I still went ahead with the appointment and the girl said she would talk to the Doctor about getting their name taken off the list. I took my frenchie puppy here a while ago because he had a rash on his inner front leg. I was given antibiotics to last a week and a prescribed shampoo for him which seemed to work for a few days. After his medicine was finished, it came back so I called again and scheduled another appointment. This time the vet said he had mites and needed to put him under and scrape his skin?? Didnt seem right to me. So I went to get a second opinion somewhere else and was given the correct medicine and was told it 100% was not mites and there was absolutely no need to scrape any skin. My wife and I took our service dog for a full grooming on Friday March 19, 2021. Our dog is a standard poodle. We received a telephone call at 12;05 from the groomer at Eastlake Village Veterinary Clinic stating she had a painful eye injury and would not be able to finish the dog’s haircut – she was halfway done. The groomer said the soonest she could finish the haircut would be on 3/29, 10 days later. My wife and I asked if there was anyone else available to finish the haircut or if we could bring him on Monday but she indicated she was booked until 3/29. We received the call to pick him up

Dr. B is cool and i understand the office is close for lunch but for more than an 1 hour? I live further away and drive to this vet's officer for the good service. I arrived at 12:40pm and noticed the close sign. I then got coffee, gas and did some shopping at Target and came back and waited a bit and checked the door at 1:40pm and its still locked. is now 1:46pm and still close. what the hell. now I have to find another vet to get dog food that I can only get at a vet's office. wasted my freaking time.

They put my dog on a special diet and I can only refill with them, I got there at 5:25pm and they closed at 5pm. On Maps it still says 7pm! Now my dog is out of food! Inwas going to pay with a card and they still didn't want to help! There eere two representarives there but didn't even have the decency to explain or make eye contact! Rude service! Lack of empathy! They also don't offer county rates, just fyi!

Dr. B literally saved both my animals lives. I am SO happy I switched them over to her care. My cat had an eye deformity that other doctors didn't seem to care about. Dr. B immediately knew what to do, performed surgery & now my cat can see better & is so much happier. I almost lost my dog due to severe kidney failure, but Dr. B did not give up hope, she provided such wonderful care to my dog & was able to 'jump start' his kidneys & now we have more time with him. The staff is so nice, caring & professional, Dr. B has so much love for animals & is such an amazing doctor, we are so lucky!

I should've listened to the reviews on here but I still gave it a chance. I initially took my dog there to get checked because something wasn't right. I asked her if she thought it would be his time soon, and she told me "no, your dog has the heart of a 3 year old!" Which of course I was happy to hear, the only thing that was wrong was his dental which we discussed. Months later, my dog started to get weird. He was throwing up, not eating or drinking so I asked to get seen ASAP. The front desk girls are nice, they told me I could come in to drop him off since the dr was booked

Extremely unhappy with entire clinic. We brought our blind, elderly terrier mix for grooming. Despite of his disability, he was healthy and happy when I dropped him off. When we came to pick him up, he was so sedated and he wasn't able to walk. I noticed his right back leg was dragging. I thought it was temporary. I regularly take my dog(s) for grooming, and have for numerous years. They are insisting that all shots are updated, as well as a yearly exam be given BEFORE you can even do the grooming. I informed them my dogs have a regular vet and are already updated on everything. I even gave proof to them from my vet. But the next time I called for grooming, they again said I needed all shots and the yearly exam. I should only being paying $67 for grooming, but I am now being asked to pay $187 for all the other crap. And again, they are aware that my dogs are already updated

I would prefer to give no stars at all, however, I, at least, have to give one. This woman (Dr. Bichelle) does not care one bit about the pet or his/her well-being at all. It's all about money money money. I thought I could trust her, being I volunteer with local rescues and have had several one on one visits with her. Dr. Bischel is a horrible Veterinarian. She has no compassion for animals. It's just a front. She is only in it for the money. Diagnosed my Dog. Ended up at the emergency animal clinic in the middle of the night.
She won't take injured animals brought in by Good Samaritans. She has turned away several animals brought in by people I know.
I will never go to her again.
I now use a Awesome Vet just 1/2 mile away.

I went here to have my 6 month old spayed. Everything started out alright. I wasn't able to pick her up, due to school. So, I had my mother get her. I had planned on picking her up from my mother's the following day, as I get out of school late. I get a call about 2230 from her, telling me my dog is bleeding everywhere.
