Once the lease was signed, the home was turned over dirty and with a bug problem.(pictures to prove) then invasion of privacy throughout the two years. And lastly he broke several real estate laws when the home was vacated. If we didn’t move out of state we would have taken him to court for discrimination and breaking commen laws regarding deposit charges. AVOID THIS GUY!!!

Dennis Wilson properties goes the extra mile to keep our rentals in good shape and our tenants happy. he has increased our rental cash flow by keeping our vacancies low and finding great tenants! In over 14 years we have never had a serious problem with any of our properties managed by Dennis. Just signed a lease! And I cannot wait to move in. I am a young professional and I have dealt with multiple properties and Dennis Wilson Properties was nothing but nice. I was having the hardest time finding good people to rent out my rental property. So when I hired Dennis Wilson Properties, I was desperate to find renters, but also skeptical as to how they would find them when I couldn't. Sure enough, within the same month I hired them, they had 2 solid applicants.
