We had the opportunity to work with La Nina Welker last year at Sky Realty. We were interested in a rental property and La Nina was the listing agent. She went above and beyond to represent us, while she was also the agent to the seller. We always felt that she was more than fair and had our interests in mind. That is not always the case with dual agents, and we were very satisfied. She's also a lovely person, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. Thank you La Nina.

Betsy is very personable and accommodating. She helped us get into our home even when there were a few bumps with the seller. She persevered and showed ambition in her work. It was a pleasure to work with her and she really made me feel comfortable in the process. This was our first time buying a home and we were unfamiliar with a lot of terms and paperwork, but she explained things in a way that made me feel secure and in a trustworthy manner. Not once was she condescending or pushy, but she was charismatic and professional and we recommend her!
