DO NOT USE COMPANY (DebTeam) OR AGENT (Kristin Patiga).
All blatant lies. We put up an offer for a house and Kristin Pantiga was the seller agent. We provided all information and documentation and everything was accepted. We signed the documentation too. Kristin stated that owner doesn't live in NC so that is the reason it is taking time. She kept of repeating samething for another 2 days and promised that it is our house and there are no other offers they are considering.
Next morning my agent again messaged her and she repeated her statement. Later in the day she emailed that owner have accepted
