Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Seems to be a well trained roofer and the work was fine, but left a pile of rubble from taking down the chimney right next to the house and didn't seem to understand the importance of cleaning up behind his work. "Offered" to come pick it up but never did. Cleaned it up myself after a month.

Terrible experience all around. Had several quotes prior, some substantially less, some the same. Eddie sold me on that he would be there with his guys to make sure the job was right. Said it would take 4 hours at a cost of 2150$ to put gutters on my house. The first day they were there they got around a quarter of the job done. The next day he dropped off 2 guys in the dark with no lights, did the same thing on the third day. Told me the job was done. Looked things over and downspouts were run backwards and some not hooked up at all. Didn’t seal any of the corners properly. Many things wrong
