These "guys" are simply awesome - the best in the business. This long standing family owned roofing company serves much of the commercial roofing market here in Alamance County as well as residential customers from west of Greensboro and extending east to Raleigh. No job is too big - or too small. The array of options available for our home roof replacement included various types of both metal and shingle with a range of years under warranty protection. Very disappointed. Hired them to tear off old, including repair sheathing and install new roof. Leaked! My husband called, they sent a worker who put Caulk on it, the worker said they didn't do the flashing right! Continued to leak, so he called again and explained we were at work at the time, 15 minutes later I arrived home early just as the "owner and son" ( which they told me then who they were and also my husband when they initially estimated the job) showed up when they knew we weren't supposed to be home! He told me "this is the second tube of Caulk and it's $6" yes these were his exact words
