I opened my practice here in Wilmington in 1994. I'm a sole practitioner by choice, although I consult, advise, and work extensively with other accounting firms, financial planners, bankers, and attorneys here in the area. My clients are individuals, small corporations and partnerships (LLCs), and non-profit organizations throughout the community.
I serve retailers, contractors, builders, manufacturers, and service businesses among others. I only work with those clients whom I believe I can assist efficiently and effectively. Because my practice is not as large as some, I tend to know my clients on a first-name basis. I have no clients who are unimportant to me.

Services
I prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and tax-exempt returns for clients throughout the year. The great majority of my clients' returns are filed on a timely basis. I take the time to listen to clients' concerns, needs, and problems and work efficiently to resolve their issues to the best of my ability.
I often receive inquiries about financial or taxation matters which go beyond my knowledge or strengths.
