I have had a good experience w/JAC in the past so I'm posting about one situation, not overall experiences. I have 3 dogs, all of whom need their rabies shot, so I was told when I called last week that it would be better to schedule an appointment. I scheduled for 11am. I arrived on time to a relatively empty waiting room. After 35 min, someone finally came out and said their big exam room was occupied and was the room needed to be able to weigh my dogs, but they would take them back one by one to weigh them in the kennel as we wait for the room. I informed the tech that I was working today and

The staff was compassionate and professional, and their prices reasonable. I had to put my best friend down and they let me be there til he passed. It wasn't an easy decision but it was an informed one and I felt peace knowing it was the right one. Thank you guys. R.I.P. Killer, the best friend a human could have, 3/9/2021
