Dr. Jenny is a Brandon native and worked at CVC before attending Mississippi State for vet school, where she was awarded with the American Association of Feline Practitioners graduating senior award and the prestigious Gentle Doctor award (voted on by all of her peers). She and her husband Kramer, a teacher at Brandon High School, have an adorable little boy and are already an active part of our community!
Dr. Sarah Fuller is originally from Quitman, MS. She graduated from William Carey University, where she was a member of the collegiate softball team. Dr. Fuller went on to graduate from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University. I've gone here three times now. Once for an annual check up for my cats and twice for spays. They don't explain what they'll be charging you for or their standard procedures. My old vet clinic closed and after being recommended Crossgates, I decided to take my cats for their annual visit. There was so much unnecessary things done to my first cat because they didn't ask about his history or what exactly was needed that having him seen alone was over $200. Before they could take back my 2nd cat, I left and brought her to my girlfriend's (now wife) vet in Jackson. The drive is worth it because the

I'd heard great things at Crossgates years ago and when I finally tried this year, it was very disappointed. This clinic is the closest to my house that accepts the vouchers. I figured the incident with my husband was miscommunication and the visit in February was due to the COVID. I used spay vouchers provided by CARA and after the deduction for the vouchers, I was charged at least $30 extra each time. I'm not sure why they give my cats a Capstar when they're already treated for fleas plus they only work for 24 hours - Crossgates didn't even offer it as an option.

Previously I use this Clinic for my dog Nyla that passed away a few years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This Clinic is very friendly very knowledgeable and very honest on the situation of your pet and what you can do if you cannot afford the ER. They try to assist you on home care of your pet which is not guaranteed. Most of all they're very passionate of taking care of pets. Thanks Connie and your staff and most of all the veterinarian

The staff is very accommodating given the pandemic, the doctor was able to see my pup and get him squared away. I'll have to bring him back in a couple weeks and I look forward to it. They handled him with care and treated his ailments. Would recommend to anyone in the area that needs a vet ASAP or a regular vet for their pets

First time here today. We have been here for over 2 and a half hours and we are still waiting.. Will never come here on a Saturday again. I get not taking appointments on Saturdays so you can get as many customers as you can, but with waits and experience like this, you'll probably ended up getting customers that will only be here one time and never come back again.
Doctor is fine. Seems like she knows what she's talking about and offered several good suggestions to help with our dog's allergies. She and the staff tried to make small talks to lighten the mood but we are just over
