Amazing customer service from Richard and always provides me with the best service, very hard worker and a great guy! Bob Lees always get my car taken care of and this is the only shop in town I trust with my wheels. Do NOT hesitate to go in here this is the best place you could go if you care about your vehicle..

When you drive high mileage vehicles it’s extremely important to have a mechanic you can trust…and I’m thrilled to have found this at Bob Lee’s. I came in for a tire repair after being told by another shop it had to be replaced. Bob Lee’s was able to repair the tire, saving me significant money. The bonus was the amazing food at the cafe inside the gas station. Tommy is an accomplished chef and he makes all the pastries from scratch including the croissants. Yum!!

The reason Bob Lee's has been in business this long is the quality of their work and customer service. I had a small tire issue and stopped by on my way to work. I was immediately greeted by Richard at the check-in desk. He got me in system and had me out in less than 30 minutes! Lennell worked on my tire and made sure my car was safe to drive.

Bob Lee's was the best automotive service I've ever experienced! Reno and his crew went above and beyond to fix my jeep. It was a tough fix and they kept at it. I was very happy with the price they charged me. I know it could have been more. My wife and I were blown away that such care and consideration was given us in this day and age. Traveling through and thought we'd give Bob Lee's a shot..... From my first introduction to Andy at checkin and his constant communication throughout the process... and the polished rims were a great surprise (apparently for all new tires) and then the friendly team at checkout...
Andy informed of the restaurant... and comfortable waiting area... which I did not experience due to my experience being so efficient...
This whole experience was service like none other -- of a by-gone era!

So far Bob Lee's Tire Company has provided satisfactory service for my needs. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle went above and beyond from what he was requested to do, to point out a coolant leak I had known of and also a mount I broke replacing a part. He was kind enough to hand me an aftermarket stud mount and recommended on where I could go to have the broken part removed. They test drove the vehicle which made me a bit nervous but that is what they may need to do.
The alignment was complete and the vehicle tracked straight and smooth as it could. Also had breakfast at their Orange Belt

Amazing place and a St. Pete staple! They always get the job done, on time and with no hassle and some of the best prices. The location is super convenient and the place is very clean for a tire shop. I’ve always gotten tires from them and done business with them and plan to keep it that way. Absolutely recommend if you need any tire for any car and don’t want to get ripped off at other shops!

I stopped by unannounced to see if I could get an alignment check. Robert, at the desk, responded absolutely. (they were very busy, however, the alignment bay was empty). He asked for my key, drove it in, personally checked the alignment, and in less than 10 minutes backed it out with the results...great shape! No adjustment needed. No Charge. You can be assured I'll be back for tires when needed and I would certainly like to give them a 5 Star Review! Thanks!
