Year in year out Potters has taken excellent care of my vehicle - and with top notch service!! Had to update review - had scheduled a B service etc then had to head out of town day of for a meeting in Miami. They made sure to get me in/out in record time, with Tom himself jumping on the work to make it happen - I don't know anywhere else I could go and have that happen....while also not being surprised that he did so. I have used 4 other shops to work on my 1991 560 SEL over the last 3 to 4 yrs. PPI has fixed what the others tried to repair!!! Every one is very friendly and knowledgeable in their own way. It is to bad I did not find Potters sooner. I would of saved time and monies!!!

On one of the coldest days we had this past January my drivers window went down and did not come up. I contacted Potters and even though I did not have an appointment they were able to facilitate getting my car in. Not only did they fix the window but they evaluated my entire car. After spending over $6500 on various repairs on my (mostly) and my sons car over approximately a year and a half span at Potters (I have all of the receipts), I WAS a loyal customer.
I had a check engine light come on about 3 months ago. Brought it in, was charged $135 and was told it was the catalytic converter and that they would have to sub the work out to a local muffler company and the $135 would be applied to the repairs. I called and left a message for Richard last week because I had a few questions; never got a call back. I'm sure there will possibly be some kind of lame response on their
