Mail & Business has been in the River Exchange Shopping Center since 1996 and has always been a family owned and operated independent business. Dallas Howard has a long history in the retail business and followed his dreams in 2005 to become an entrepreneur by buying Mail & Business from the previous owner.
Feel free to call us at any time during the day to inquire about whether or not the drivers have arrived. As pick-up times can be flexible, please leave yourself plenty of time before the listed pickup time for each carrier. We have built great relationships with our drivers, but we cannot ask them to stay late or wait for you to arrive with your letters or packages as this would delay the remainder of their route.
