Oh wow....probably one of the best customer service experiences i have had. have been very nervous about getting custom gifts on time for my familys christmas celebration which is the 10th of december, so i contacted them several times verifying, as i had 3 seperate orders.... they were so fast, so efficient, so patient and helpful and all 3 of my orders came in record time. beautiful quality and super good prices....thank you canvaschamp !~!!!!!!! you are champs

Absolute Garbage. Don't believe all the short, wonderful reviews. They are FAKE REVIEWS. Read the ones where people explain their experience with this company. I ordered a large wall print. Print quality was fine. The frame was broken. It wasn't broken from shipping, it was broken because they use wood for the frame that is lower quality than an old pallet in a dump. Knots in the thin wood strips broke and caused the frame to collapse. Emailing the company results in a form letter response pleading for another chance to print. I did this THREE TIMES. Each time they sent a new print, each time it

It was a bit of a saga, but I eventually got what I was hoping for. The metal printing was done in 24 hrs, shipping from India in a week...but there was a fault (ghosting) on the large print. The canvaschamp customer service was very responsive by email and in a week I had a full set of replacements. Unfortunately, SAME quality issue. Another email and another set on the way...and with the same result. Finally the fourth print was sent and was perfect. You could conclude they have a quality control problem...but hard to fault their determination in satisfying a customer. I'm satisfied and would

I had two separate portraits done of my grand daughters. The people I dealt with were 100% professional and always courteous. I requested several different proofs of the second portrait, as I had a particular vision in mind and wanted the two to look good hanging together. CanvasChamp staff didn't seem bothered by the number of changes I requested, but instead just went about modifying until I was another happy customer. I ordered a simple wall hanging. It arrived 9 days later than quoted. I received no communication indicating there would be a delay. I called when it was 2 days late, and I was told it had failed quality inspection and had to be reprinted. The person I spoke to was kind and professional. He raised this review from 1 to 2 stars. When the 2 wall hangings came, they were terribly wrinkled with deep creases and the hardware is not centered. If this passed quality inspection, I wonder what the ones that failed looked like.
