Recently located to the Pineville area from California and my 8 yr old female mixed breed dog had a stroke. My daughter-in-law suggested Dr. Benson at Keys. Dr. Benson diagnosed the issue right away and gave my dog a shot and pills. After 24 hours I can see my baby doing so much better. Medication takes a while to start working. I was impressed with Dr. Benson, she the time to explain everything to me, it also helped to calm me down. I highly recommend Keys Animal Park and Dr. Benson.

This is beyond the WORST animal clinic ever. Do not bring your pet. The receptionist does not greet you when you walk in. You’ll be standing there looking crazy waiting to see what you need to do to check in. It a chaotic mess. They don’t know what they’re doing. Brought my new pup in for her 2nd round of vaccines, and they didn’t bother to look at the paperwork given.. and they gave her first round of vaccines instead. I am NOT impressed.

The staff were very friendly. I was looking for preventive heart worm medicine but I learned that you can not just walk in and purchase heart worm prevention. The secretary tried to call our veterinary clinic but they were out to lunch. Even though I was unable to obtain the heart worm preventive medicine at that time, I will make sure I don't forget it again. Thank you for your help

We absolutely adore the wonderful people in this office. They are always so excited to see us and ask about our Corgi and bird babies anytime we come in. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and very considerate. They take the time to make sure we understand everything and listen to any concerns we may have. They are also extremely reasonably priced and are great about taking Care Credit if need be. I absolutely cannot say enough great things about them. Absolutely a 10/10
