As the executor of a trust, I had a very unique 1 acre property to sell in Mountain View. I needed a realtor with contacts with developers. After interviewing all three I decided to hire Darren because he was the only one who came back with a DETAILED 5 page analysis with numbers justifying the selling price. The journey of selling your home that you have built with warmth and love is an emotional one for many. This review is not for the services instead is to point out that these two agents decided the best way for them to market their services is by ringing door bells at 7:45pm in the evening on a Friday at my house and in a way asking me to open the door and speak with them. This was absolutely uncalled for and even if you’re looking to advertise you could have simply left the pamphlet outside. I obviously did not open my door and requested for them to leave it outside.

We had the good fortune of meeting Darren and Kimberley about a year ago. Ever since we met I took a liking to them. I used Darren on two projects. First to manage having my San Jose condo refurbished to make it more salable and then to stage and sell it ( I had moved out already). This all happened in 2012 and he did a great job.
