Jackie kept in consistent communication with my husband and I as we searched for homes. She also never let us proceed with a decision without asking critical questions that helped us think through our decision and make sure it was the best fit for us. It was never just about the purchase. She made sure to talk about the longevity of our decisions. It's one thing to do this for a couple. Jackie was great to work with! It was always easy to arrange to see a home, we got quick replies to emails/texts, and she helped us understand all the comps and disclosures. She walked us through paperwork to submit offers and answered all our (probably very stupid) questions. Once we got an offer accepted she was very clear about what we needed to do and by when.
