The Harris Firm was founded by Attorney Steven A. Harris as a statewide law firm that helps individuals throughout Alabama mainly in the areas of family law and divorce. Many of these cases are worked on a retainer basis or flat fee. We also provide certain legal services at discounted flat rates in the areas such as uncontested divorces.
Our divorce attorneys can help you with your situation, no matter where you are located. We have offices across the State of Alabama and will be happy to speak to you about your legal issue. If you are interested in a cheap uncontested divorce, we are currently charging $390 in attorney fees for simple uncontested divorces without minor children and $490 with minor children of the marriage.
Adoption is the act by which an adult formally becomes the guardian of a child and incurs the rights and responsibilities of a parent and our Alabama adoption lawyers can help. The legal relationship results in the adoptee (the child) becoming the legal heir of the adopting parents and terminates any legal rights the biological parents have.

10000% recommend them especially if you’re needing an uncontested divorce. Everything moved quickly after paying the lawyers fees, and then turning in my paperwork notarized, and then paying to file the divorce paperwork. Kayla was amazing at answering any questions that I had! It only took about a month for my divorce to be finalized. I couldn’t be happier 🙂
