Used to say this was the best place but lately it seems that their customer service is super rude and says that they are going to fix a bill to be less but it never is and billing is so annoying tells you days after you paid your bill that it didn’t go through and if you pay on the phone and it doesn’t go through no one calls you to let you know your bill hasn’t been paid

Called this office and spoke to Duane and though my rates didn't budge much, I got something much better out of the call. After working with several other insurance agents and getting quotes myself left and right, not one person has been able to truthfully tell me the main factors affecting my rates. I appreciated the refreshingly upfront and unfiltered honesty, something so rare when dealing with such an often obscured and convoluted topic. Though I couldn't lower my current rates I am now much more educated and now have an action plan! Thank you, I will be calling back in a little while.

As of April 2019, I had been searching for quotes on home insurance, but those that responded were way over-top-expensive or some didn't respond. I was determined to find the right quote to fit my budget and applied on an afternoon and received a reply with a quote from Duane Detlor with an estimated quote and a kind reply saying that he was done for day, but we'd be in touch the next day. He contacted me and I felt immediately at ease (as some agents seem to lack personality) speaking about my need for home insurance. We went through basic questions about my home and verified it all

I contacted this agency owner for home insurance. He was very agreeable and seemed to be nice and cooperative. However, there was a time issue involved and he knew the deadline. After I sent him the information he requested, I never heard from him again. I emailed and left telephone messages to no avail. Seems like he disappeared. I'll take my business and my money elsewhere...........
