Customer service is lacking, fist time filing a home owners claim and had no support .. was given a number to the main claims department and then had no follow up from them, been with State Farm
Over 30 years and when the time came to get help was not there ... will definitely be looking into different insurance companies.

I've truly enjoyed working with Kim. Excellent communication which is something missing in a customer service industry these days. Prompt replies, very clear with coverage and answering any questions I may have. Would recommend working with Kim if you're in the market for insurance. You won't be disappointed!

Kim was the absolute best! I had issues with my previous insurance company when it came to insurance for my home. My brother recommended I call and I was matched with Kim. She was able to get me set up and have at least a base understanding of how home owners insurance worked which really helped me feel confident in what I purchased. Would easily recommend any day of the week!

Fantastic and super friendly service! The office representative Kim was very responsive, able to answer all and any questions I had, and quick to help me switch over my plan from out of state! She did a great job explaining new policy changes and drafting quotes that fit my needs. Would definitely recommend!

Kim is the best to deal with. Super sweet and easy to deal with. My family has done business with her for years and I started and continue to do business with her.
