Our team began using IRE and Kvcore 2 years ago. There have been kinks to work out and there is so much to learn to really use the system effectively. We have used a few other systems, but so far this has been the best. I feel like I still need to learn how to use all that it offers but there's only so much time in the day! I will say they are responsive to questions and customer service has been good.

This company is long on miss representation and short on business ethics. Their sales person totally oversold the ease, flexibility and capabilities of the service. They used the buy now or you will miss special incentives strategy to push me to sign. I was skeptical and told the sales rep that I was not comfortable signing up for a year commitment. He told me that even though the contract said it was a year commitment, that I could cancel and they would not force me to keep paying for something if I was not getting value. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Customer service is horrible, the website is total mediocre boilerplate garbage, and they will rip you off and continue to bill after you cancel their service. We had them as our provider for over a year and were never happy. Our contract ended in June of this year, so we started looking for a new provider. We notified IRE that we wanted to cancel service on 9/27/2018. We were told that they would not stop billing until the end of January 2019 even though our contract had ended. They continue to bill our credit card! We've since filed complaints with the FTC and

Worst Web company ive ever worked with. They are really really super at promising things and making you feel like they are going to fix problems. Paid over 36k for a waste of money. We lost business over it. website didnt work as it was supposed to.
