I graduated in 2017 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Detroit Mercy. Even though I enjoy all aspects of Dentistry my interests throughout school and while practicing Dentistry focused on restorative dentistry, esthetic dentistry, implants, oral surgery, and research.

Don't bother going here.
I am still dealing with severe gum pain after almost 3 weeks and 2 visits. I have been forced to eat soup because of the pain and they couldn't do anything for me.
I had scaling and root planing done a little over a year ago, today they measured my pockets again and when I asked if it had gotten worse they couldn't tell me because they lost my old charts...
I don't feel like I am listened too and the lady that does the billing isn't a nice person.
Save your time and go to a different dentist office.

Been going there for years but had a horrible experience!!! felt like i was tortured... did not do a good job cleaning!!!! Very disappointed in Dental hygienist i had, was very rough and acted like she hated her job!!!!. lost a customer today. Best part when i called and wanted to transfer X-rays they hung up on me and would not answer my calls after the fact. Very disappointed customer!!!!!!

I came to get a cleaning and somehow needed to get 3 new fillings my prior dentist had never mentioned. Since that back in August I have no come back 4 different times due to them being uncomfortable, sensitive and chipping multiple times. They are good about not making my pay for their mistakes, but it's a massive hassle to continue to have to go back for something that shouldn't have had to happen.

Thumbs Up Dental gets a double “thumbs up” from this dentist-disliking, tooth-troubled patient. As a recent resident to Caro, I was hesitant to go to a new “mouth monster”. My dental past has made going to get my teeth cleaned something to dread. NOT at Thumbs Up! The office staff greets you warmly, answers all kinds of crazy questions, and makes you feel at ease immediately. Had 11:00 appointment, didn't leave until almost 2:00!! NEVER spent that long at a dentist before-EVER!! Dentist is very good-But spread so thin he's working on 3 patients at once. Twice I was left for a 30 minute "break." Come ON!! I heard him working on other patients!! I heard another patient, who also had an extended visit, say "I got to get out of here." The Spillane brothers own this office, and also have several other offices in other towns. They were nowhere in sight. Too many offices, not enough dentists. I wont be back! The brothers are apparently nearing retirement, and the customer
