Move in costs: All move-in costs must be paid as stated on your move-in summary sheet, along with providing appropriate utility confirmation numbers. This is required in order to obtain keys to your new home. Keys: Keys will be provided at move in. There will be one set of keys per household member over the age of 18. Note: In some cases such as mailbox keys, you will only receive one copy per household.
Provident partners with real estate investors, both nationally and internationally, to develop and implement solid investment strategies. We meet with our investors to discuss risk tolerance, anticipated rates of return, property types, etc. We then use that information to formulate a customized investment strategy which allows the investor and Provident to better focus the investment dollars.

LITERALLY the worst tenant/estate management in the existence of the entire field. If possible you'd do best to avoid the company. There is maybe one lady in the office and everytime I call she only picks up the THIRD time I have to dial and call them. Lazy and incompetent don't even do it justice. Don't expect her to assist you in anyway, whatever problems I had she would push it off onto ANYONE else, maintenance, internet provider, etc.#theWorst

It has been a pleasure living at Brookside Apartments. I have enjoyed living there and love the atmosphere, residents, and privacy. I have enjoyed the 5 years I have been there and everybody looks out for one another and surroundings. The staff in the office are very kind, nice, considerate, and understanding. If you ever need a place to live I suggest Provident Asset Management!!!

UPDATE: 1/11/19 Although I stand by the recollections I wrote previously, I did not have any other experience for comparison. Provident Asset Management did a *much* better job, by comparison, in communication and in performing thorough background checks. They were more proactive in keeping track of the water bills. Their accounting was more detailed and they provided pictures when I requested. I regret not sticking with them but hindsight is 20/20. In retrospect, they did a much better job than I initially thought.

We hired Provident 7 years ago to help us select properties for rent and then to manage them. The advice we have received has been useful and on target. They have been key in helping us to find longer term renters, and they are careful to be sure the apartments are well maintained so that it is a win/win situation. I find them to be responsive and knowledgeable.

Provident Asset Management has managed my rental portfolio since 2012. Before I started working them, I had been with two other management companies and one individual who fancied himself a property manager ... (he was wrong). Hiring Provident has made the management side of my real estate business completely hands-off. They are extremely professional and they have excellent systems in place for both unit turns and bringing on new rentals into management. I literally had them come to closing on my last real estate purchase and the seller gave them the keys on the spot. It was sort of magical.

I lived on one of their properties and the whole experience was a struggle. They ignored calls for months. I needed maintenance help and it came to the point where I had to go in to their office to figure out what was going on. They had their doors locked during normal business hours stated on the door and their website. When they finally responded to an email we set up an appointment. I took the day off work to meet with the maintenance worker, he never showed... no one even called. Similar failed communication on their end continued. One day my boyfriend and I realized the leak in our basement

Horrible management company front person. Unfortunately, the Administrative Assistant who handles any phone inquiries is lazy and will not call back, despite stating she will. Tried for over a week to schedule a tour of a potential rental home and after being told she would contact us in 2 days in order to schedule a tour for the following weekend, we are now being told that there will be no showing due to the volume of applicants interested. Absolutely zero follow up in over a week. She never called back to update us on the status of the rental property. When she finally answered a phone call
