I have had a long and gratifying relationship with Dave Hamilton and Swisher Commercial. I was growing my consulting/training business in the 90's and was doing quite well. My wife and I started our business in our home and after about a year I rented an office space. When I needed more space, Dave Hamilton acted on my behalf to purchase the property. Dave Hamilton is the best. I have been involved in a number of deals over the past 15 years with Dave and the team at Swisher and each time I am thrilled with the outcome.
