I am NOT one to drop bad reviews...but man oh man have I paid for the opportunity to do so now.
So I am getting through a divorce and child custody process.
I contacted Kaspar & Lugay for help.
After well over 10 grand in charges....here is what I GOT.
1: Backburnered. They charged vaguely and did AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE and charged outrageously for no/low/no effort.
2: The lawyer I was assigned did not return calls. I was shuffled to one of the legal aids they have 99.99% of the time I had questions or concerns, which to be fair I will say she is the only one that actually tried

The good part: Named partners are great, front office staff is great. The firm got me through my (uncontested) divorce in under 12 months without any major hiccups.
Unfortunately the lawyer who actually worked on my divorce was not as good at communication or execution. Emails would sometimes go unanswered, calls were never returned, and requested copies of documents were never provided. In the end we ended up obtaining and filing some of the final paperwork ourselves rather than continue to deal with the associate.

Brent Kaspar is a greedy person who left me out in the cold to fend for myself.
If you are looking for a Law Firm that won't treat you like a Commodity go elsewhere.
If I could give them a zero rating I would.
Christine his Associate Attorney plays ignorant to the billing process and is just as complicate as Brent.
My case has yet to settle and I have not yet received my records from them.
FYI, if you don't pay them your outstanding balance within 30 days, you get charged 10 percent COMPOUND interest.

I was totally ripped off by Brent Kasper.
Brent Kaspar immediately told me he could handle my case because he had a similar case, "Just to let you know we received word from court today that the judge accepted our position...." he wrote to get me.
After I gave him a $5,000 dollar retainer he never attended me again. Ramon an assistant lawyer, that took my case, told me that he had never done a case such as mine. It would be his first time!
Brent told me Ramon speaks Spanish. Ramon told me he does not speak Spanish.
I immediately received bills liquidating the retainer for telephone

After my first consult with Brent and Arvin, I knew they were going to be the right fit. I had to fight in a very high conflict separation, I was scared and needed to be sure I would be protected. They provided the commitment, savvy intelligence, and cunning techniques to protect me through the arduous process. My case was not simple or easy. After 5 years, my ex-husband, decided to try and terminate all alimony on a 26 year marriage, as well as obtain funds from me. He threatened, he demanded an obscene amount of information down to scraps of paper and emails, as well as a full deposition complete with a forensic accountant. Brent has been awesome to work with since the day I walked in his office. My divorce, which took 5 years to finalize, was one of the most stressful things I have ever dealt with until my ex decided not to pay me what he owed me per our divorce settlement agreement. I just settled and finalized my divorce yesterday. It was by far the most stressful time of my life. The arguing and fighting over everything.
