Every day, people come into my office for help with relationships: their relationship with themselves, with others, with their bodies, or beliefs. Many come for support when attachments and bonds have shifted. Perhaps there was a loss, a change in roles, or unmet expectations. Others come because they recognize negative thoughts and behaviors they would like to change.
Maybe life just doesn't feel as fulfilling as it used to. Relationships are tricky and beautiful and painful and fun -- sometimes all in the same day. I get it. I've been there. It can be confusing and overwhelming. In fact, some of these changes can be life-altering and soul-shaping. But you don't have to figure this out alone.

Services
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I seek to provide a warm, honest, and supportive environment for you to share your story and find the wholeness and healing that comes from that process. As a relational counselor, I am guided by the belief that our earliest experiences in relationship with others shape the lens through which we filter future experiences.
For many people, considering counseling comes during a time of pain, loneliness, discouragement, shame, or confusion. Thank you for taking the time to consider this important first step in reaching out for support. Whatever your individual story is, know that when you step into my office you will be met with warmth, honesty, and hope.
Please complete the below paperwork prior to our initial meeting so that we can spend our time together focusing on what brings you to therapy. On principle of upholding your privacy, I am not currently listed with any insurance providers. Some clients may be able to seek full or partial reimbursement by submitting an invoice to their insurance company.
