My air conditioner went out on Saturday July 3 (of course on a holiday weekend). A friend of mine recommended Windy City so I called them about 5:30 pm and they said they would call me on Sunday July 4th at 8 am to set up a time for a tech to come out (this is the point where I know it’s going to cost a fortune due to it being a holiday and on a Sunday). Windy City called at 8 am and the tech was at my home before 9 am. Thomas was awesome - very professional, great personality and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He had my air conditioner up and running in less than an hour

Vern and his crew are the real deal. Professional, courteous, on time, and respond quickly to requests. I'm blown away by the level of knowledge that both the office AND the technicians exhibit and it starts as soon as you make the call and ends with a "thank you" when the job is completed. Just experienced this company as we speak. Very professional, educated us on duct cleaning how important it is to breathe in clean air. The tech who came to my home was very knowledgeable about his service. He kept me updated every step of the way and showed me before and after pictures. Very very clean job!
