In 2017 we had a $50k+ roofing project completed by Lucasz. It took many months past our original start date before he actually started; I think I have emails where he says "next week" as a start date over 10 times. The completed roof looks fine, even very nice.
However, the roof leaks around our chimneys more than it ever did with our old crappy roof, and the new gutters are much less effective than the old ones. It's not happy to have spent more than $50,000 on a project which ends up with a result worse than your 20 year old roof.

I had a horrible experience with Lukasz. At the beginning of January, he quoted and accepted the job. We paid him a deposit of several thousand dollars (40%) and agreed to commence work at the end of Jthe month. This was only a 2 to 3 day project. Lukasz stalled through the entire winter into the spring avoiding phone calls. He finally answered in April agreeing to return our deposit. It took him an additional 5 weeks, several phone calls, and threats of small claims court to finally return my deposit. I would not recommend entrusting Lukasz with your project. We sold our house and needed to make a few repairs that came up during the home inspection. I was able to send pictures of the issues and get a quote immediately. The guys came out the next morning and did the work quickly. They were extremely courteous and everything was cleaned up when they left. Excellent service at a a reasonable price. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and LGC is another great one.

Excellent, professional service. LGC Roofing is a team of very skilled contractors - I am very happy we chose them to re-roof our home. They worked fast but were thorough, provided answers to all of our questions, finished as scheduled and we paid exactly what we were quoted. They were honest, straight-forward and courteous. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends!
