For Sam Matulevich, founder of STM Contracting, home improvement has always been a passion. Although in his birth country of Belarus he graduated with a university degree in linguistics, and today is fluent in several languages, Sam eventually came to realize that helping people beautify their homes was his passion, and the path he was truly meant to follow.

We used STM Contracting to reside our home. Sam was outstanding from the initial consultation to his final visit to ensure we were happy with the complete job. He was very easy to get a hold of and was a pleasure to do business with. He is a true craftsman when it comes to installing the siding and is a master with the aluminum trim work. He is a man of his word and did everything he said he would do. He did a phenomenal job at an extremely fair price. Sam and his son Eugene worked long days in the heat and got the job done.
