In my experience, the owner, Robert James has 0 customer service skills. I've encountered him several times. He is not helpful or welcoming. He may be the brains behind the operation, but should not be customer facing!
Thankfully he has hired an office staff that gets it. Agent Claudia Maravilla is extremely helpful, professional, kind and inviting. She has assisted us in resolving several rate increase issues. She is my reason for 3 stars as opposed to zero. Jonathan is customer friendly as well.

I recently moved to GA from New York and after having a terrible experience dealing with another State Farm representative in GA, I got connected with Paula Jordan. She is an excellent representative. She was so helpful and efficient and got me the best deals! My insurance went down tremendously! I really appreciate all of her help!
