I wanted to take a moment and give a recognition of excellent customer service to Heather. This afternoon I called in concerned about a car accident I was recently involved in. Heather explain to me the steps and gave me reassurance that State Farm was there for me. She gave me words of encouragement and education as far as the process, and what the next steps would be. Alex Pack is by far the single best insurance agent I have had in my entire life. Hands down, no contest. Alex has quick response times, is always attentive and the produces the utmost professionalism. Insurance used to be a nightmare for me, but with Alex it's as simple as an email. If I could give a higher rating for Alex I absolutely would. Rates are great, interactions are effortless and I just could not ask for more.

I went through Alex Pack to get my auto insurance and also life insurance. This was the first time being on my own auto insurance and life insurance and Alex explained everything to me in such a way I could understand. He showed patience to me through all my questions. I dealt with Mr. Alex Pack who was very easy to work with. He helped me get my renters insurance and through that he also helped me obtain life insurance. He was able to beat all competitors in price and by explaining everything clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Absolutely loved with with him and would recommend him to anyone.
