I purchased a 246XL Cannon black ink cartridge in Traverse City on South Airport Road West, and was charged $45.63, yesterday and I found out that they price gouged, it costs $22 to $26 elsewhere in Traverse City. When I called to find clarification they were uncooperative about why they charge twice the value for same product.

I have done business with Northwoods Office Express several times. They are a delight to work with and have great customer service. On my last adventure, I had a printer that died. Since I had purchased it from them, they were very quick to get me a new one, had it delivered to my office and set up it up for me. The printer issue turned into a non event!

We could not be more pleased with this amazing women-owned and operated business. They quickly courteously and at a great price printed our wedding invites at the last minute when all other print shops around here were super lame.
