Positives and negatives. Very nice, polite and helpful and professional, however after using a couple other companies prior and receiving quotes for printing on shirt and sweater hoodies they were almost twice the price. They penalize you for not buying the shirts through them (they obviously mark them up substantially (almost $200 penalty for not buying through them), they call it a "screen prep provided goods" that they claim would have gone away if I purchased shirts through them (which likely would break even with Mark up). The other two places I've had the same work done did not do this. They

I coach boys and girls tennis at Traverse City Central and JenTees has done a fantastic job supplying our Trojan-gear needs. Melanie has met all of our requests with enthusiasm and strong knowledge of the industry. Great service, and willing to go the extra mile (or five!) to help us get exactly the product we wanted. We needed 1500 pencil bags for a project our team designed to help busy parents keep their young children engaged while waiting for appointments, traveling, dining out, etc. The bags we spec'd were only available in small quantities online, but Jentees was able to work a deal to source the bags we needed in the quantity we needed, and then figured out how to screen print our logo on them. Thank you!

I have been ordering class tshirts for my elementary classroom for years! JenTees has always been extremely helpful. Their customer service is awesome, they get the shirts printed quickly, and the art department always helps come up with an awesome design that the kids love! Highly recommend their services!!

Contacted JenTees for custom sweatshirts for a Lansing-area team sport that needed both embroidery and heat-pressed last names on the back for 30+ kids. We couldn’t be more pleased: the embroidery was impeccable, the names were exactly what we wanted & the sweatshirts themselves were super-soft and comfortable. Everyone who has seen our team gear has showered us with compliments. All this at a fantastic price, wonderful service and prompt and reliable delivery. We’ll be ordering again- even from Lansing!
