I set up an appointment with the office for November 30, 2021. I arrived 15-minutes before scheduled time. A young lady was talking over the phone when I arrived and she “pointed” me to fill out a form, which I did. Then I went to another room where another unidentified person just "command" me to have a seat and open my mouth. She took a few picture from my mouth and left the room. I waited for about 35-minutes without seen anybody. I told the front desk person I had decided to leave the office because I had another appointment. I gave them the chance to offer me an apology or gave me an explanation

Dentist was hard to understand... didnt do a very through exam... only exam done was xrays... and literally just looking in my mouth... was told i need FIVE root canals... without an actual exam.. also claimed i dont have tmj.. which i was diagnosed as a child.... this was a first and last visit for me. Upon recieving a second opinion... i ONLY need ONE root canal and i do infact still have tmj.. they clearly did not take the time to thoroughly examine me or was just trying to scam money out of my insurance... I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING... If i could give 0 stars i would. I seen such great reviews

I highly recommend going somewhere else. My whole family has left this practice. I was the last remaining. Very unprofessional, inconsistent, disorganized and rude staff. Many issues over the years. The final straw was my last visit when I was basically crying in pain and the dentist told me nothing was wrong with my teeth. Had to go to the York Walk in Clinic that same day due to pain to find out I needed a complex root canal and antibiotics. The dentist and assistant at Ultra that morning acted as if I was an idiot for being in pain. Will not return and highly advise against it.

I have been going to Ultra Dental for several years now. You get quality, friendly, professional service. The staff really put you at ease. They really listen to any concerns you may have and are very knowledgeable . I like to ask alot of questions but I really didn't need to, they told me everything I needed to know. The Dentist was also as caring and attentive as his staff. He made sure to explain everything as he went along and most importantly made sure the prosses was as painless as possible. I moved to York 10 years ago and tried 3 other dentists that were horrible. A coworker recommended Ultra Dental and it is by far my favorite dentist I have found in my 40+ years. I have been bringing my family there for the past 5 years. Dr Singh has a calming energy that helps with dentist anxiety.
