DeSean Gibson provided excellent customer service. I was moving from another state so was filled with nervous trepidation. DeSean maintained patient professionalism throughout a process that was daunting for me. He answered my questions fully and if he needed to research anything he did so and communicated his findings quickly and thoroughly. I don't know that moving can ever be a 'pleasure', but working with DeSean was a distinct pleasure. Thank you all at Keller Williams, but particularly DeSean.

Me and my wife came here to see about getting our first house. First off we arrived and was instantly greeted we met with Haley and another gentleman I can't remember his name. they where very nice and didn't think down on us because of our income level they talked to us like normal HUMANS. they where straight forward on what we needed to do to get to our goal of home ownership and the steps we needed to take and thay where more than happy to answer any questions we had.

Aldo was very honest with me when touring homes. He was also able to get private tours of each home with reasonable restrictions (masks, social distancing, etc). Even in the toughest market, he was able to get us a forever home with all the amenities we were looking for. We thought we might have to settle for something less - but he proved us wrong. And, he made the closing process very easy - and worked with the title company and the lender to help us understand each step. I would recommend Aldo and the Top Agent team to anyone looking for a new home.

I was doing an out of state move. I was unable to go visit houses and had to rely on what my Relator showed me through the website. I attempted to contact the Relator multiple times through email and text messaging about hiccups within the buying process and they were very slow to replay. There were many issues with the closing that could have been prevented has additional information been provided to us. In my honestly they should not have gotten the commission of the sell as I did most of the paperwork, contacting myself. We had a much better home buying process I’m Idaho.

Rip Ramsey was absolutely amazing. He made sure we felt confident with the transaction and set us up for success. There was no question he couldn't answer. He did all this with a positive attitude every step of the way even when we dragged him up and down spokane until we found the right home. I couldn't recommend Rip and Top Agent team enough.

Thera Baldwin was AMAZING throughout our entire home buying experience!!! From the very beginning of looking at houses, through all the massive information needed to complete each step, and being there for us till the very end the day we received our keys. Not only did she make sure we received the keys on time, but her and Rob went the extra mile to give us a framed picture of our first time entering the house as owners. Definitely going the extra mile. She listened earnestly to what we needed as a family and found us the perfect house! She made the buying process completely seamless and enjoyable
