Dr. Brooke Dexter attended Chambers High School and continued her education at Chadron State College. There she participated in the RHOP program to receive her bachelor's degree in biochemistry. Dr. Dexter started her dental education at the UNMC College of Dentistry. After graduation, she joined Jordan Cochran DDS, PC as an associate dentist and in 2018 she partnered with Dr. Cochran to open Elm Creek Dental.
