We had a big communication error with billing expectations. They stated they covered our insurance like our old dentist in Bluffton. It was partially true. They accepted the insurance, but they were out of network. Therefore, we received bills for thousands of dollars for which we were caught off guard.
I understand if a business wants to have higher prices. However, I feel they should be up front about the prices.

Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. If you are worried about getting a cavity drilled and it hurting DON’T because he uses this thing called, “The Wand” an it numbs you up so much more than a regular needle. I am yet to have a bad experience there. Dr. Banta is definitely the dentist you wanna see if you are worried about pain during cavities. He does a great job on crowns as well.
