Services
We offer comprehensive services for you and your family. We work hard to meet your dental and cosmetic needs right here in our office so you will not need to leave town to receive excellent orthodontic care. Dr. Berghoff continually expands his already impressive knowledge in dentistry by attending seminars and training sessions to stay current on the latest advances in dentistry.
Upon entering our office, you'll be asked to complete or review your medical health history. After returning the forms to the front desk, your information will be entered into our data system. At your first visit, you'll be asked to sign indicating you have been informed of current Policies and Privacy Practices, as required by law.
Receiving dental care is important and we understand the financial needs of our patients. We file insurance claims for our patients on the day of service. Our practice is a Delta Dental preferred provider. To make our treatment as affordable as possible, we provide in-house payment plans. We offer 6-month plans with no interest for anything over $300, and 6-12 month plans with just 12% interest.
