Sandi is PHENOMENAL! Her wealth of knowledge in the hair industry is vast & priceless! Sandi explained the entire process of bleaching hair to my 16 year old daughter & how your hair MUST be healthy first OR your hair could turn orange & even break off. Most kids just want an instant result & just buy box dye. The result normally turns out horrible. I made an appointment with them and paid a deposit . I had to reschedule once because of some urgency. One of their associate messed up my rescheduling appointment date . She suggested me some other time . I reached her salon and tried contacting her because I couldn't find the salon. After spending around 15 mins on call to locate the salon I reached there. Then she told me I won't be able to do your hair styling because you're late. All this while I was on a call with her . Then she suggested me another date and asked me if I can do your hair cut while I'm doing hair coloring for some one else

I’ve been going to Sandi for 5 years, and she is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. Sandi not only cares about making your hair look great, but she wants it to be healthy. She is honest and will never recommend a color or processing that will damage your hair. My hair was in bad shape after many years of over-processing, but Sandi returned my hair to its pre-processing health. She uses color, highlights, and lowlights as needed. I have been coming to Sandi for over three years. When I first came, I had resorted to box color and my hair was a mess. I had gone through multiple colorists and was constantly disappointed. So, was just doing it myself. Sandi has a gift. When I sat down, she listened to what I wanted and she formulated a plan to get us there. It was going to take months and regular visits every 4 to 6 weeks to take me from box brown back to platinum blonde without damaging and breaking my sensitive hair. The end of last year I moved to Texas knowing no one so finding a hairdresser was a shot in the dark. I am so happy I found Sandi. She is fantastic. This is the first time in a decade I have really changed my hair and she has been extremely helpful.

I will say she did a good job fixing my damaged hair. The issue I have is that I spent almost 250$ on her products only to find out that swimming with her products in my hair turned my hair green! No shampoo I have ever used has turned my hair that color. I had to go in for another appointment just so she could get the green out, and even after that she just told me to 'never get my hair wet in a pool again, and it won't happen'. I have a pool in my backyard. telling me to stop getting my hair wet in a pool is like telling a dog not to shake off after being wet. It's unreasonable

I had been looking all over to find a stylist who uses Olaplex with the coloring process. Sandi helped me get my hair in better condition with a treatment plan. She is well informed with the implications of different chemical formulas. She is a perfectionist in the results which I appreciate because I don't have the energy to micromanage my style or create my own vision for hair. I can tell her how I want my hair to look and feel confident that it will turn out according to my positive expectations. Sandi came with a high recommendation from my cousin and aunt who'd gotten their hair cut at her new space at A Salon in the Preston Village shopping center. Sandi is definitely a talented colorist, and I appreciate the coloring she did for my hair. However, she did not listen to what I wanted for my hair cut and it took months to grow out. She also sent an unprofessional email suggesting I didn't pay for my services when she didn't manage her voucher numbers correctly. I got a Groupon for myself in December and my mom found one this summer, so they were two different Groupon deals for different services. She talks through the entire appointment and doesn't really listen to your thoughts on what you want for your hair because she feels

I have been searching for an expert in color and cut for months, and finally found Sandi Arensman at Blondies salon in Plano. She is such a breathe of fresh air who happens to be very knowledgeable in color, cut, & healthy hair. Sandi is AMAZING! I am extremely picky with my hair and have been having a very hard time finding a good stylist in the Dallas area. She knew exactly what to do with my long fine hair. Her cuts are far beyond anything you will find outside of LA, NYC, and Chicago. It's obvious that she has worked in the industry and knows how to deal with various hair types. Sandi was informed of my health issues which had a direct affect on my hair and she explained why highlights would not help and the chemistry involved.
