I have been using Bill's since my favorite service manager from a local Honda dealership went to work there.
They do a great job & I know that if they say something needs doing, it needs doing. Other places have tried to sell me services I didn't need.
Just had my radiator replaced & it was done on time & for a reasonable price. I totally recommend this shop. Special shout out to Steve & Tammy.

Bills Import Auto Repair is always my to go place to repair my Toyota's. They are always do great work and give you straight up advice on keeping my car running well.

We have been going to Bill's for over 20 years. The knowledge, customer service, honesty, and prices are more than anyone could ever hope for. These folks are some of the most wonderful people we have ever encountered. Integrity and experience! Not sure why anyone would ever go anywhere else. We purchase our vehicals based on what they work on because we refuse to go anywhere else. Can't speak highly enough! I've taken my Toyota to Bill's a couple times to do all of my big maintenance items. Bill and Steve always take the time to explain what's needed based on Toyota's recommendation. In addition, they are very trustworthy to do the maintenance that's needed and not sell you on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend Bills and will continue to use them for all my maintenance needs.

I have visited multiple mechanic's and lube shops to service or repair my Honda over my seven years in Spokane. Bill's has by far offered the best service. They specialize in Honda and have been the most friendly and honest automotive repair places that I have experienced. While you may find an oil change for a bit less elsewhere, I trust the professionals at Bill's Import to not only find and fix problems with my vehicle, but to let me know of less expensive or simple DIY fixes.

You can count on Bill and his crew to be ready to help diagnose and fix your issues, showing you where they are and explaining everything along the way. They are trustworthy and not pushy - even suggesting you to budget for items that can wait a little longer. I'll be coming back.

A trustworthy car mechanic makes everything better! Bill, senior and then junior, have worked on all the cars in my extended family for almost 20 years. We have all been delighted with the service and honesty, and relieved to have someone to rely on for quality car care. The advice and help in making a decision about car care is invaluable as well. When my kids started looking for their own first cars, I told them to be sure to find a make that Bill works on. If he won't work on it, we're not buying it!

I would not trust our vehicles with anyone else. The character, advice service and love we've felt and seen in having our cars serviced by Bill, Tammy, Robert and Steve is something we are so thankful for. If we ever have to move away from Spokane I will cry because I won't want to leave my auto mechanic!! :)

Driving my son to college in Seattle from Colorado, the car has an occasional slight hesitation, then a couple hours out from Spokane the check engine light comes on. I showed up at Bob's right as they opened at 8:00. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the engine sensor and had us back on the road by 10:00, with a new sensor and all fluids checked and topped off. Super nice and professional.

Driving back from traders joes (I own a 99 Subaru) up 29th back home my car's oil temp gage was going up. I stopped the car and opened the hood, my radiator fluid had exploded everywhere and making a puddle below the car. I towed it to Tire Rama because that's where I've gone for oil changes and a few other things. They checked my radiator and found it cracked.

For a new radiator, a flush, a new thermostat, and (their recommendation) new tubes, about 650.00 dollars. I thought if the problem isn't the tubes forget that, which reduced it down to 458.00. I
