Where do I start. I moved to Spokane 2 years ago, and have struggled to find a decent repair shop. After tons of bad luck. I found a light at the end of the tunnel. Vandervert automotive not only solved my problem but, gained a customer for life! Matt and Josh where absolutely amazing from start to finish. Friendly service yet prompt. Matt even ordered my part(rack and pinion) knowing that it would take some time to come In, and scheduled my alignment(which they got in early). Matt (service writer) was great to deal with, and they even signed up as a South Bend dealer so they could purchase the clutch I wanted. Found and fixed a problem with the A/C that I didn't even know about. I called two weeks later for mechanical advice on a different matter and they were happy to advise me. Great shop, will use them again.
