When will you receive your refund? The answer depends on how you filed your return. The IRS should issue your refund check within six to eight weeks of filing a paper return. If you chose to receive your refund through direct deposit, you should receive it within a week. If you use e-file, your refund should be issued between two and three weeks.

I needed someone to figure out some very old stock transactions from a company that had no on-line accessible information about them. Guy did an outstanding job of dealing with the 10s of sheets of paper they sent me. He then did a complete 2018 income tax filing for us.

I hate doing my own taxes. This year Guy at Pacific Northwest Tax & Accounting did them for me. What a relief! Guy is organized and super efficient. Guy has been preparing our taxes for several years and when he struck out to start his own business, we went with him. He is very good at finding legal deductions and has surprised us with refunds greater than we had received in the past. Returns are completed quickly and accurately.
