Unacceptable experience! I called and made an appointment a month in advanced. Called them the day of my appointment to confirm the time and they didn’t have me on the schedule. No big deal, so I rescheduled later in the week.
I showed up at my appointment time and sat for 45 minutes. Nobody else in the waiting room, just me. I finally got up to ask what’s going on and she said they took the gentleman in front of me because he was here before his 6:00 appointment even though I was there at 5:30 for my 5:30 appointment. I guess appointments don’t mean anything here, it’s first come first

I researched many dentists for implants and so glad I found Dr. Li.
She and her staff made me feel very comfortable right away. The other dentists prices were so unfair and couldn't compare to Dr. Li's prices. She has compassion and makes it affordable for her patients. She recently completed three implants (at the same time) and I have to say with very little discomfort. They look and feel great! I was so happy with the results I am in the middle of getting another one done. I definitely recommend Dr. Li and her staff. They were very professional, friendly and do great work and at a reasonable

My dad was visiting from CT when he had a dental emergency with an implant which he got from his own dentist in CT. Our friend recommended Cozy Family at Wayne to us. We helped my dad call the office and Dr. Li squeezed him an appointment for the same day. Dr. Li was very gentle and caring and the office staffs could not have been more helpful. My dad already made appointment with Dr. Li for his two other implant placements.

My niece showed me the post one year ago about the affordable dental implant ad . The office is about 20 miles from my home, and i told myself why not try its free consultation. I got the good feeling about this office and the doctor in the consultation. Later on I moved further to complete a whole implant. Five year ago, I got my first implant from different office, and just wish I could find Dr. Li earlier.

Dr Li is a pioneer in family dentistry. She has a wonderful business model with Cozy Family Dental, where she keeps her costs low, keeps reasonable hours and charges a very fair price for high quality dental work. The work I needed I could not afford anywhere else and I was happy to drive to Wayne NJ from Boston. My work was completed with 5 complete implants, one crown and a cleaning and it cost less than 1/3 what I would pay at a conventional dentist.
