Avoid them. We have AHS and were stuck with them for our quote.
They wouldn't respond to us or answer any of our questions - it quickly became our impression that they only care about their relationship with AHS.
They left us (and our 7 month old) without A/C for over a week. I cannot recommend given my experience - or lack thereof - with this provider.

These guys at RHarris A/C and Heating are the real deal. Professional, knowledgeable, and very customer service focused. Super fast appointments and quality work. Our fan motor went out on our AC unit and Wade our technician was able to diagnose and complete service work in a hour or so. This was the second time I used these guys and each time its the same... quality work and Great customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have AHS and I would request a different service provider before you spend $125 on these guys. They came out I had a free on leak they told me they'd order a part 7-14 days wait. I figured I could use what little air the a/c was providing until they got back. Wrong they disconnected my unit completely and let my family in the heat for 7-14 days. They could care less about you. That's why they are AHS providers. Getting this sorted out with AHS but run from these guys. I will do my best to get them removed from the AHS list.

My AC unit had a bad motor and they were able to schedule me for a next day appointment.
Wade came out to inspect it and did a stand up job. He had everything ready and replaced all the faulty parts and now my upstairs unit is running great again. He also sealed up the ducts in my attic just to make sure no air was leaking.
Would definitely use them again!

This is my first review ever. Felt compelled after a horrible experience with Robert the owner. Lazy and wildly unprofessional. They gave me a window of 11-4. I requested they come after 3:30 because I have to pick my kids up from school. They said 330 was "not an option" as it is outside "normal working hours." I asked what their "normal working hours were" and was told 8:30 to 4:30. Last I checked 3:30 comes before 4:30. Also, if 3:30 is not an option, then why do you give your customers a window that runs until 4? Makes no sense. Fired them after we could not

Last week my upstairs unit went out R. Harris was dispatched to my home. Mr. Harris came out and found a leak in the unit. He fixed the leak and recharged the unit. He was very friendly and had prompt service. This was a relief due to my AC also had went out the very same week. A week went by and now my down stairs unit was on the fritz. Lewis came this time With my fear for the worst that I had a bad compressor Lewis took his time and check the unit. It was found that the last repair (done in October 2018 by another company) the wrong capacitor was installed causing my compressor to over heat

I am so pleased with Larry and Dispatch to get me in so quickly, I called on Labor Day and was seen same day. He fixed my problem and explained everything. Larry was very pleasant and kind. I really Loved the fact that the reason for problem with my AC was explained so thoroughly and Larry also explained in detail how they resolved the issue. Thanks again! Great Job guys!

Avoid "R Harris AC". Our warranty would not cover the AC Coil because of R Harris's "wording", which our warranty company even reached out to them AGAIN to verify to which R Harris AC still got us denied, even though their very own paper work said our system was "running as designed" after inspection. Left my family and kids in dead of summer with no AC, classy. As everyone knows we are Business owners in the Houston and Katy community, well post more about them on our Youtube channel. Avoid them.

Mr. Harris came out for two separate issues with my Air Conditioning unit. First the fan and then the compressor. On both occasions he had us back in service and in comfort within at the most 30 minutes.
The thing I like the most is, I scheduled an appointment with Mr Harris for this coming Friday because it was not an emergency and I thought we could hold out through the week. When our AC started blowing hot on Monday morning(yesterday), I texted him, received an almost immediate response (something I was surprised and he didn't have to do because
