Since 2015, I have enjoyed helping our brides feel as special as they are, and thoroughly enjoy helping make their dreams come to life! After experiencing the fun of being a Bridal Exclusives bride myself, I jumped at the chance to join the team! Since starting in 2010 I've loved every step of our process, from setting the initial consultation date to seeing the radiant bride at her final fitting.

We have wonderful contracted seamstresses that are available when you book an appointment. We suggest starting your wedding dress alterations about 3 months before the wedding date. The seamstresses require a 6 week turnaround time for wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses.
They require that you bring the shoes that you plan on wearing as well as any undergarments that you may need, you are also welcome to purchase the undergarments we have here in the store!.We do take alterations from gowns purchased outside the store, but only during our non-busy season. My experience at Bridal Exclusives was incredible! My consultant Ariana was helpful, encouraging and very on top of it. She helped me find the perfect dress when I had no idea where to begin. Her established process worked great in helping me narrow down my choices. There was a very large selection and all within a reasonable price range as well. I would highly recommend Bridal Exclusives for brides who want options but still want to stay within a certain price range.

I had the most amazing experience at Bridal Exclusives in Tigard. I went in with no intention of finding a dress. I just wanted to start looking at the various silhouettes and figuring out what I liked and didn't like. Allysa, the GM assisted me and was able to find me a STUNNING gown within my budget. She was incredible and I highly recommend trying to make an appointment with her specifically. She helped narrow down the styles I like very quickly and efficiently. It was so nice to have her there to assist putting on the heavy gowns, giving advice on alterations and she was super encouraging.

I came in alone wanting to get an idea of what I wanted and you helped me learn what I needed and tried silhouettes I wouldn't have tried if you didn't explain why I needed to try them. I fell in love with several dresses. I wasn't outwardly as excited as I could've been but I assure you I was! I was having a wonderful time! I felt very comfortable. Kaylee was my bridal consultant. She was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and let me take my time choosing the dresses I wanted to try on. She took detailed notes on things I liked and didn’t like. She made my experience worth while. She described each rack of dresses in categories. Overall my experience was amazing. I loved how Bridal Exclusives starts you with the various silhouettes and helps you narrow down your choices from there. Alyssa was wonderful to work with and did not pressure me into buying a gown. After trying on gowns at another store, Bridal Exclusives was accommodating in letting me come back and try on my pick for their store. Trying on the dresses back to back allowed me to see which one I truly loved. My dress was exactly what I wanted. I was initially thinking I didn't want a veil, but Alyssa found one that matched my dress perfectly and pulled the whole look together. I felt like a princess

Ask for Elisa! She was so patient and helpful. This is one of the first stores i went to and she helped me get the low down on wedding dress shopping. This store had great selection and prices! I unfortunately didn't find my dress here but I wish i had! The staff was so nice and accommodating! you will not regret your appointment here!

I can't even explain how happy I am with my dress!!! Denise and Patty were SOOOOO wonderful! I tried on so manny dresses and Denise didn't get annoyed, she was so helpful throughout the whole time and she was so nice and funny!! And patty helped me out with check out and saying yes to the dress!! I definitely recommend coming here!!

I had my appointment with Jen/Jennifer and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. After going to almost all of the bridal shops around Portland, I would definitely say they have the largest variety (unless you want a crepe style dress, they only had a few) and most affordable pricing. Jen was very patient with me, I did not feel rushed at all throughout my whole appointment, she was very professional. At the end I was stuck between two dresses and wanted to leave and give it some time to think about. She didn't make me feel pressured whatsoever, and kindly checked in with

I don't like to complain, but I can definately use a feedback on a place if I'm choosing my dream dress. This place had extremely rude and hateful customer service. Absolutely zero customer satisfaction. Nobody wanted to help us with choosing the dress, the ladies figured since the bride was with her friend that they would handle it all themselves. Even though we did find the dream dress at this place, we came back for bridal return to try on and pick up the dress but received very bad customer service again. I found my wedding dress here and it was the best experience Kendall was the one who helped my group that day and was so sweet and patient.
I also got my dress altered here and it turned out so great! It was right when everything opened up again and she was fantastic, did everything quickly in case another shut down I would have my dress.
I recommend everyone to come here! You tell them your budget and never once did they try to convince me to go over it. (:

Came here with a friend for her dress search. Don't let the warehouse like appearance or location fool you, the staff here does a really great job making sure the bride is treated super well and they did a great job helping my friend find something in her budget.
My only note is to separate the fitting rooms for a more private experience. Great spot if you are looking for something in the 1k-2k range.

I had an amazing time for both my wedding dress appointments here! Corina was absolutely a delight and made my time there an absolute blast. I called after visiting a trunk show at another bridal shop and felt so overwhelmed but I called Bridal Exclusives that day for an appointment and was so lucky! Corina helped me find dresses I liked and even picked the dress that is the one!

I had Janiah for my consultant, and I swear she is hands down one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of working with. Bridal Exclusives was the last shop we had gotten to that day (out of four) and it was by far the largest and one of the nicer looking places.
Janiah recognized that I had done the whole process several times earlier in the day and really just focused on getting me the dresses I wanted rather than pushing all sorts of dresses at me (like I experienced at most of the other shops).
Each dressing room comes with its own little pod, which was fantastic for my group

I said yes at bridal exclusive! They are the best, most friendly ladies ever, this is the #1 bridal shop I recommend to go to first!! Love their store- and they are ONE of the biggest store and they have a biggg selection of dresses!! Other shops I've been too they were so pushy into selling their dresses but not bridal exclusives. Natasha and Alyssa, helped me out the most and the most sweets young ladies. You can definitely tell they love their job!!

WORST experience of my life with a company!! They ordered the wrong size (and blamed me), completely ruined the dress during alterations, THEN double charged me to fix THEIR mistakes. I was still driving an hour there and back a few short days before my wedding to try to get my replacement dress in decent shape (they initially tried to charge me for the replacement dress too!). The final product was too big & warped/snagged (especially one of the custom sleeves i paid them to make), but I was out of time and had to just take it as it was. They also ruined every bridesmaid dress they touched

This was a great experience overall. I originally had an appointment at 5pm, but then scheduling worked out that I come in earlier around 2pm. They were extremely flexible and got me in! Then, I was even earlier once I got there (1:15) and figured hey why not see if they could just start my appointment now? Since they weren't too busy they were extremely nice and let me start my appointment early.
