They have handled several funerals for my family since I was a young girl. The people have always been very nice. They handled my father’s service a couple of years ago and I got an “inside” view of all that is involved. Carlton could not have been any nicer or more thorough. My dad looked great, better than he had the last several times I had seen him alive, in fact. The PowerPoint or slideshow they put together (on short notice) was excellent and provided me with a wonderful keepsake. They worked very hard to accommodate our wishes regarding the visitation and service. We made arrangements

My Family used Hawthorn Funeral Home for my Father Service. The FD's did not line our family up in order. Actually they didn't even try. The seating of the family was out of order and they had no control over the viewing. I had high expectations of this establishment. As for preparing and presentation of my father's body. They did a Fabulous Job. I've come to realize as a new comer to this business as well. Presentation and Order of Service means everything.
