Our meal was good, and our server was exceptional! Starr did an excellent job with our large group (celebrating an 81st birthday)! The manager was very accommodating in seating our party of 14, and Starr was incredibly attentive, very polite, and took great care to make sure we were happy.

Awful greasy food. My wife has been suffering from stomach trouble all evening. Never again will we go to this place

We are here and had a flight of Divots beer! They were soooo good. We had a hamburger and chicken with fries, AMAZING! Love this place

I was able to eat here 3 times over my stay at the hotel and I have to say the staff named Tiffany was great she told me things I should get and I tried all 3 things over the time I was there and all the food was great.

They brew their own beer and the beer was good also I could not drink everything they had but I will get to that at some point.

Great food and atmosphere. Attached to Norfolk Lodge and Suites. Which was also clean and comfortable

Great IPAs, great food, and great service. Very friendly staff. I'd highly recommend this place for business travelers like myself.

Another yearly visit to Norfolk. Things seemed to run smoother. Perhaps because the place was packed on a Friday evening. Added a hostess station as opposed to just finding a table. Food good as well. Loaded burger was flavorful. The open face beef sandwich was tasty. Adult beverages (Long Island ice tea) was well done. Just had to walk back to our room.

I saw the some of the bad reviews and was skeptical, but I'm blown away. The food was amazing. The lobster buster bisque was incredible. I haven't even received my entree yet, but had to jump on her and help correct some of the older reviews. Overall, great beer and great food!

Worst frickin' service ever! The place didn't even appear to be that busy, yet it took forever to get simple things like ranch and our drinks even though we were sitting right next to the bar. My friend and I both ordered a prime rib sandwich both of which came out cold. At the end, the food got sent back and we didn't even bother waiting for new food because we were simply over the experience. We'll stick with Runza.

I love the Sandbar! Excellent service, where can you get prime rib every day of the week AND have the owner stop by your table and ask if everything was satisfactory? Oh, ask for Mollie she'll make sure you get everything you need, in a timely fashion with a smile! I see they're adding on to make the place more family friendly with a touch of luxury, thanks Sandbar for exceeding my expectations.

Visiting from Hawaii. My son took me out to lunch, recommending the Sand Bar, Our experience was unbelievable. Firstly we could not get a menu. The server told us they just didn't have any and when one became available she would bring us one. Finally we ordered. We sat for over 45 minutes waiting for the order. NO ONE came to see if we were ok or needed refills of our iced tea. We watched 4 staff members behind the counter fussing. The table behind us, who came in much after we did, received their food in a timely manner. When our food finally came, my son asked what took so long and pointed

I most recently got the chicken cashew salad for lunch at the Sand Bar... So gross. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, it stunk! I still have yet to get my appetite back after smelling that. The only thing I have ever got there that I would say is good is the nachos.

Love this place. The beer is excellent and the prime rib is the best I've had. It is my go to spot while visiting family in Norfolk

Just passing through town. Stayed at the hotel and had a few beers in the Sand Bar. They brew their own beer. They had one of the best IPAs I have ever had. McGyver IPA is a must. Not only was the beer fantastic but the service was top notch. Curt was our server. He knew a lot about the area and let us sample different local beers to meet our taste. I would recommend both the hotel and sand bar to anyone who is looking for a great local spot to relax and unwind. Thanks again for a great stop and excellent service.

Nice building/sports bar setting but the drama was entirely too high with the staff...evidently an issue between server staff and bar manager created a chaotic and frantic pace that could be felt in the air. Not too many looked happy or even like they wanted to be there, which in turn made customers uncomfortable. Took awhile to get a beer and the second thereafter. Other customers where also waiting on a drink but couldn't get the attention of the servers because of the gossip groups going on---improve the morale there and probably would be an enjoyable place to hang out.

Good portions. Nice atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but could have been the night.
