JD started his career with Webb Air unofficially as a teenager, working every position from installation, to service, to just about everything. Officially becoming an employee of Webb Air in 1985. Where he was a salesman, and slowly moved up through the company to President and Owner.
Sam became a member of the Webb Family in 1999 where he started as our primary outside sales consultant, later he would become our Service and Sales Manager where he stayed for the last 8 years.Currently Sam is the Vice President of Webb Air. Kevin also started his career with Webb Air while a teenager, after college he went off into the corporate world, but found his way home to Webb Air in 2015, where he became our Sales and Operations team.

Brandon and Victor arrived at my residence for HVAC maintenance. They were both friendly and professional. Victor did a great job diagnosing a possible faulty capacitor and Brandon spent time going over many elements of my system with me that I did not know much about. For my job I have to deal with repairmen on a weekly basis, so I know when people know their stuff or not; I could easily tell these two did. They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone!

Jerry Webb and his crew are the sharpest AC professionals I have ever dealt with. They continue to "WOW" me with their service, professionalism, knowledge and honesty. They have never tried to sell me stuff I don't need and always take the time to explain what I do need and why. Often they give me options which is great since even though I am a business, I do have a budget that I am working with. I can't give an AC contractor higher marks then I do this group. Thank guys.

I called Webb to come out to my house when my a/c froze over one morning. They sent a very kind man to fix it, and he told me my blower motor was out. It cost almost $800 to replace, and it stopped working less than 8 hours later.
I called them to come back out, and they sent a new guy. He told me that they couldn't figure the problem out but that it COULD be a few issues- all totaling around $2-5000, and none guaranteed to fix my issue. He said that he would just recommend installing a new unit for $8-13,000.

I received a factory safety recall from Carrier and since I had a service contract with Webb A/C I called them about it. I called Webb 5 times over a two month period speaking to the Service Mgr. Sam on two of those occasions. Every time I was promised a call back. Finally two weeks ago I called and left a message for the owner J.D.Webb to call me. To this date not one single call back from anyone at Webb. I called a competitor 6 days ago and part was ordered and replaced within the 6 days. Needless to say I have a new air conditioning company and I will not be renewing service contract or using

Webb A/C respondded immediately when I requested a competitive bid. They were highly professional in doing this paperwork and setting up a twice a year maintenance schedule. I did this to avoid the excessive charges recently rung up when my tenant called Cowtown Air & Heat--who started repairs without permission and charged $500 over market rate. Go with Webb A/C!
