The elevator is or nearly a hundred years old. It often stops working for days and weeks. Then the senior citizens have to use the stairs. Many are unable to do this. There are 5 floors. If you live on the 5rh floor, it is next to impossible to climb that many stairs with groceries. The apartments are very small. Only one window in the tiny living room. The Windows look out to the buildings walls. Never know if it's raining or snowing. There are smokers in the building. The air conditioner sends it into all the apartments. The ac filter is never changed . The rent went up 4 times in 1 year. So
